Extremely nice guy, very helpful and quoted a very fair price. Am super-happy with the job Steve and his son did knocking through a wall and putting in a doorway for me. Very tidy too, laid down lots of dust sheets and cleared all mess from the job. They arrived on time and got on with the work and finished a lot sooner than i expected. I would have no doubts calling on him again for any other work i need doing and would highly recommend! Excellent!

Without reservation, I would rate as exceptional the work of Steve and Craig at SWS. The attention to detail was second to none and his willingness to be flexible regarding timings when we hit a party wall snag was incredibly helpful. I have recommended steve to many of my friends and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone reading this review and looking for a thorough, conscientious, courteous and almost 'OCD tidy', professional builder! In my experience, a rarity indeed.

Steve did an excellent job removing a false chimney breast and making good the wall and associated alterations, and although problems were encountered with the geometry of the room this was rectified without any fuss and now looks great. Work was completed on time in a very clean and tidy manner. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve whatsoever.
