Shocking!! Tried to fix a one down light and in the process muddled up all the wiring on the multi way switch and left me with no working lights whatsoever. Caused a terrible mess and walked out - he didn't ask for payment it was his indirect admission of guilt for leaving me worse of than when he arrived. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Lights all sorted now by competent tradesperson!! This guy clearly is not.

I don't recommend anyone to use Concept & Constructions. They've wasted my time & been disrespectful. I met several builders and chose C&C (telling other builders they'd not been chosen). C&C visited for a 2nd time. We agreed additional work and a start date a week later. I laid all agreements out in an email for clarity. But next day I got a one line email saying they wouldn't do the job. They won't take my calls or reply to emails. I'm left with no builder and no explanation. 2 months wasted. Not happy.

STAY well away from this company. Quoted to fit stair carpet and stair rods. Arrived late and Ryan started to cut the stair rods. Ryan stayed for 3 hours then just walked out with no warning and never came back. I then found out that he cut 8 of the stair rods incorrectly. I advised him of this and he said he would replace. After not responding to my texts I can assume he is not replacing them which has now left me £88.00 out of pocket to replace. Be warned .

Visited the house, viewed the job, quoted a price and time to do the job. Turned up on time, did a good job and did NOT inflate the cost. Before leaving he left a phone number so he could be contacted to return should there be any problem with his workmanship. A very satisfied customer.
