We are so pleased with the work carried out. We did not know much about NPS before, and had to put a lot of trust in Neil. He repaid our trust with honesty and hard work. Our house being old, there were a number of complications, and Neil found a solution each time, without increasing the cost. Very happy with Tim and his son. Worked efficiently and without the need for a loud radio on - so important for me! My dog was a bit of pickle but they coped well and worked around her. Also met my husband's demanding criteria for the bathroom towel rail. Will definitely reuse Tim for our kitchen.
