Was 3 hours late, before the lock was working, albeit not working perfectly, after he left, the lock wouldn't work at all, this meant I could not leave my flat as it wouldn't lock. Said he would come again to fix the lock that he broke, never turned up, contacted him again twice, said he was coming, but never turned up. Took full payment but never came to fix the lock that he broke. So I actually up paid him to make things worse. Ended up having to pay another real locksmith to come and fix his mess.

Luke and brother Paul fixed a complicated problem with our bathroom where as when removing exist?ng wall tiles the plaster also came away, however this was replaced with new plaster boards before the fitted the grey marble wall cladd?ng all the way around from floor to ceiling, a false ceiling was added w?th ceiling panels white/s?lver, a steel mirror cabinet ,new sink unit, new toilet and floor tiles a complete shower unit fitted, a new ceiling light, highly recommend to all, thanks Luke and Paul.
