I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .

Work finishing is to a very high standard. We had a fallen ceiling due to damp / water damage from the Flat upstairs. They reinforced the ceiling and redid the coving and painted everything. I asked him to replace some rotten decking, and he showed expertise, professionalism and attention to detail in his approach to select the right materials, and in constructing the new decking area. It was done on time and within the agreed budget, and Haki was a great communicator at every step of the way. He even fixed a broken fence panel that he’d noticed had become loose, without me asking - amazing!! I would 100% recommend Haki to anyone.
