Very quick turnaround for the replacement of a flat roof on a ground floor Tyneside flat bay window from the initial quote to inspection of work to be done to completion on the same day. Work carried out to a high standard while I was out at work and I was kept informed of everything that needed to be done and on returning home the front garden left tidy as if nothing had happened. Chris attended promptly and informed us there was no issue with the insulation, but the roof felt was starting to seep through, so quoted to replace the problem half of the roof, then fit the loft hatch originally requested on completion of the roof job. The roof work was complete at the first available dry days, which appears all good from photos sent. Unfortunately after weeks of chasing for the loft hatch work to be complete, we are still waiting, so will now need to get someone else to complete.
