Booked to clean the exterior of our conservatory, window ledges and all facias. Booked and Euan carried out the job the very next day and to a high standard. Hired Ronnie McPhee to do my driveway & drop kerb but it was a disaster. We even paid him labour & materials upfront. He said he would fix it but lied to us for 2.5mths for 2wk job & never returned. The job he did at my mums was not any better. He took a deposit of £1500 to build a new driveway & drop kerb. He only dug up the garden & never returned. His son & workmen also took work tools of new contractors we hired to fix my mums place! Cant believe how we have been treated. Don’t trust! 0/10

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.

Bill and his team were punctual, talked through exactly what they would do and provided a good quote. Job was done to a good standard and they dealt with my 87 year old mum really well too.
