I’ve had to change this rating due to rating too prematurely initially. After fitting our laminate flooring, we have had nothing but issues with slats coming up, nails too long out of the skirting and the door trim not being secure. Although both came out once and glued the LVT down in places we are finding more come up. My husband is now going to have to glue them all down after paying over 1k for supply and fit or alternatively have it taken out and redone.

Neil came round and gave an honest quote to us; told us decent time scales and was honest about what he could do and how he would complete our job. The job was a simple rip out of old cloak room, installation of new loo and vanity unity, boxing in of pipes, laying Camaro flooring and decorating. During the completion of the job, he turned up on time, completed the project to an excellent standard and is probably the tidiest tradesperson I know! Very polite, softly spoken young man who did various jobs for me at a reasonable rate. Very happy with all the work he did and have another list of jobs for him to do next week! He obviously knew what he was doing. He took away the old tank for me and the old dishwasher which was very helpful. He fitted shelves in the old redundant dishwasher and shelves in the big old bathroom cupboard. He also put up a new blind. Andrew did a great job. Sourced the right bricks to match existing wall, worked through the rain digging out the soil to build the support and his brickwork is very good. He fixed the problems with the gate and we are very pleased with the finished job.
