Hi My name is Steve and I am a time served joiner. I have been working in the building trade since I was 16. I do all kinds of building and joinery work I specialise in fitting kitchens and upvc windows and doors. I fitt kitchens for Howdens/ wren and other major retailers. This year I have started doing sips extensions. These are structural integrated panels. These timber framed building can usually be done in just 4 weeks from start to finish. Richard has done a good job painting our garden fences with preservative. One possible drawback is reviews of preservative chosen by Richard suggests it is of poor quality so may not last too long. Job took a long time from initial enquiry due to very wet and windy weather all winter, but I was kept informed of delays throughout. Happy to recommend Richard.

Hello! I'm a fully qualified bricklayer(city and guilds 1992) with over 30 years' experience in the trade. I am primarily a bricklaying specialist though I am more than happy to do natural stone work as well. I have worked on and completed many projects including new builds, small and large extensions, commercial and private developments, retaining walls, stone work, re-pointing, renovations, fireplaces, Indian stone flagging, renovations and structural alterations. I have sub-contracted for most of the major house builders, worked for private developers, and also many bricklaying contractors, though I am now focussing on working direct for the public offering a professional, efficient and competitive bricklaying service which includes all aspects of bricklaying from new builds,extensions and garden/retaining walls right through to a small repair job!
