This was just a quote for a loft conversion which was already there, I needed to know if it was up to current day regulations. this tradesman went out on the same day and was very efficient. He e-mail me the next morning with a run down of the repairs and costings. I would definitely rate him.

The chaps were and are very professional, honest (rare nowadays) polite, approachable, friendly and trustworthy. The extension they built for us was completed within the suggested time frame to a high standard. They were only too happy to answer questions and keep us upto date with the progress. James responded promptly to my enquiry and advised that the post could be repaired but that he would need to find bricks to match the original post. The price eventually quoted was deemed fair for the job. Given the age of the original post and therefore the weathered state of the brickwork, the finished repair looks great, the quality of the bricklaying and match of the bricks is just fine.
