He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. I won't be using scs again. The standard was average. Dust still on blinds, on top of mirrors etc. Agreed for two cleaners for eight hours, but they finished after six to go to another job. Also I was only told five minutes before cleaners arrived that they wanted paying in hand. Due to the late notice. I didn't have cash or cheque to hand. I paid by bacs immediately after, taking three days to clear, but was still rung by the owner who yelled at me that I hadn't paid.

Had to ring and ask to come back as the boiler started leaking after the service was undertaken. Tradesman didnt turn up on original day agreed to remedy the leak but after a further phone call came back to remedy the leak without further charge.
