Very persuasive but completely renaged on contract, walking out half way through, leaving us with a house like a building site and taking a substantial amount of our money.

  , we do quality work in a proffessional manner as the majority of our ratings suggest, but unfortunately some customers are impossible to work for. Who protects the tradesman against rouge customers?

  i wish it was called rated customer totally irrational lady, i warned the customer the job cost would increase once we started to take the house apart, no problem she said, but then had no money for mandatory works she had pre warned about, also kept changing her mind on the specification, the deposit you paid in no way even covered the work you had done, and i sorry to say this but i can only feel as this was your intention from the outset.

Was very unsure about handing over money in the beginning with all you hear about rogue traders etc. Also unsure about complete strangers in the house, but all my fears were unfounded. I was concerned about the time the job was taking, but when I look back at it, there was a lot of work involved. All the hassles have been worth it. Adrian came up with some very good ideas that were worth considering, as we now have a conservatory with a specification that was too much trouble for other companies we had quote for us. I am so loving the glass roof that is almost silent when it rains, flat patio area and outdoor mood lights.

  After paying the balance for finishing a very nice job on our conservatory, some small unfinished jobs were noticed. It has proved very difficult to get Pinnacle back to rectify these small, but irritating unfinished jobs which may result in future serious problems. Adrian is just not answering phone calls or emails. Does this company exist anymore?

Really pleased with the work done by Pinnacle. Adrian provided a very competitive quote, and offered to work over the weekend, so I wouldn't have to take too much time off work. Jared and Stuart did a great job, and were very polite throughout. They did a good job of tidying up after what was a very messy job. I would highly recommend Pinnacle, and would certainly consider using them again.

Far too many delays, didn't even bother turning up some days. Left mess and still haven't finished the work. Missing roof tiles.

  a very unfair rating this customer had a superb conservatory fitted as a direct result of the quality job we made of his replacement fascia soffits and guttering, Why would someone so unhappy with the initially requsted job then go on to spend a further £12,000.00 on a conservatory??????????? that he does'nt mention he was over the moon with. Neither does he mention the fact that he is disabled and i went out of my way to make his life more comfortable by having a special stainless steel plate made for the footrest on his wheelchair i did'nt charge him this was a good will gesture....Well shame on you nichola if thats gratitude for you maybe i should think twice about going the extra mile to help people and be a good person. i am very dissapointed about the whole affair. you just can't do enough for some people.
