I would highly recommend J'S Electrical as very honest, providing an excellent value and very high standard of work. John is very hard working (did not even stop to take any breaks for tea, lunch etc) all the time he was on-site! Asked for £100 for one hours work to fit a door lock that I supplied. Not good value. I suggested £50 to allow 1hr labour and 1 hr travel and this was accepted straight away. Negotiate a fair price before starting work.

I got quotes from about 20 people on here and other sites and I have to say I would not have ever got a better team or job done elsewhere, the result is fantastic. Roger and his team did exactly what we asked and more, he suggested and moved a tree for me to balance the front at no extra cost. The staff were here early every day and worked hard without any issues. He had all his own plant to do the job. We have had lots of people stop and say how great the front looks and asked for his number. TOP JOB.

When we requested the roof to be upgraded there were no leaks anywhere. When it rained we had water coming in the bedroom this we thought was because of work they had done on roof. They are supposed experts on flat roofing, and it took them three visits to find the problem. We thought we we getting quality workmen going through Rated People, but again hit problems.

Fantastic service from Cristian - was quick to respond to the initial request, I sent him some photos and he quoted straight away, and then was here 3 days from making the request. Extremely pleasant guy who clearly knew what he was doing and from start to finish I couldn't be happier. He also fitted a chimmney cowl that I had whilst up on the roof as part of his original quote. If you want someone to do a great job, will leave the place spotless and DON'T want a dodgey roofer then he's your man.

I'm very friendly and professional and very confident in what i do and have a very high standard of work with great pride as standard. I believe my quotes are very fair and also very competitive. The business i run is solely based on family and friends which i believe this helps deliver the consistent high standards of work and again very competitive prices. Since the start of my career of have taken on anything from small fixes and fault diagnosing,finding to full house rewires including inspecting and testing. I've also supervised sites and multiple teams of electricians. I've also worked on Landlord supplies and communal areas and even worked with mains incoming supply cables whether it be repair or renew. I'm currently working on behalf of councils carrying out upgrades, breakdown works and full rewires under the new 18th edition regulations.
