After Martin came to look at our bathroom, we had to ask for the quote 3 times and were given excuses. 1st time was a bank holiday weekend - fair enough. 2nd time was staff sickness and 3rd time no excuse was given. Each time we were assured the quote would be sent straight over. Eventually told him to leave it and were then contacted by Rated People to say Martin had requested a refund because we hadn't allowed him an opportunity to quote! Shocking way to carry out business.

Very professional service with honest advice and no trying to up-sell me. I have an old boiler that has obselete parts. After trying to source the parts Martin advised to use the boiler until the last legs, whilst other companies have attempted to scare me into buying a new boiler immediately. I will definitely use again and will be my first port of call when I purchase a new boiler later this year.

Martin and Kevin were friendly, professional and efficient. I ended up getting a new boiler which was my choice after weighing up my options. I chose the boiler i wanted from Which best buys. Martin was able to source it and fit it no problem. I had many, many questions about the job and Martin and Kevin were more than happy to take the time to discuss things with me. I will definitely use 0800 Gas Services in the future.
