Only ten minutes notice to say he would be late, had a twelve till two slot booked and message sent 10 minutes prior to say he wouldn’t arrive until two till three. Do not live at the property so had to travel back and the when it was done the boiler wasn’t reset so the tenants had no water which meant traveling back again to turn it on.
