Extremely pleased with the work carried out by Richard and his team in fitting a new shower room. Clean and tidy work within budget even though some small extras were added during fitting. Would highly recommend Professional Property Maintenance to anyone. More than impressed with the kind and considerate manner in which the whole job was conducted and want to thank Richard for rearranging the job when things were put on hold due to a medical issue. Well done!

Richard and his team completed the demolition and re-build of our side extension on time, at the promised cost, and to a high standard. They were punctual, tidy and reliable, and always easy to talk to! Any issues were swiftly dealt with and any changes we wanted to make were met with a solution. We have already recommended Richard and his team to family, who have hired them and been very happy, and we will certainly look to use them again on future projects!
