I am a builder with many years experience . Firstly on very large commercial sites and then moving to take on my own work in mainly domestic settings . From patios and driveways to extension builds . Also carpentry, tiling and kitchen and bathrooms . I work with a few other trades when I need electrical or plasterwork doing . And have used the same electrician for the last 15 years . I have hired this gentleman to fix broken flooring board. After that was fixed, the flooring board directly next to it has risen and now requires to be fixed itself. He said that this issue had nothing to do with the job he done and as so would not rectify the matter unless he is paid.
