In Dec 22 I hired Ben Hutchinson to replace a flat roof. On June 23rd the tenant reported water ingression causing damage to the kitchen ceiling.I sent photos and ask Ben to investigate under the guarantee.He agreed this was reasonable but to date has not been out.Communication not so good . Following an independent assessment yesterday it is obvious that I need to contact Trading Standards as the roof will need to be completely redone.
