We was once a quality but somewhat messy builder, this give us plenty of practice at cleaning up our sites at the end of a job, we got so good at it, Kent Exterior Cleaning Services Ltd was born! Pressure washing, gutter clearance, soft washing of fascia/soffits/render/roofs, low pressure steaming at 150 degrees for fragile/listed brick/soft stones, biocide treatments to name but a few. Knowing roof coverings inside and out, along with our in house drone we can assess and advise what's best for your individual roofs requirements as not every roof is the same!

Specialising in carpentry/joinery, from swinging a door to cut roofs, drone surveys with condition reports, all aspects of roof coverings, slate-tiles-liquid flat roofs-lead welding and fascia/soffit/gutter installation.

As a company we are undertaking our first new build project, a 4-bedroom detected house, making a name for ourselves of building quality solid houses with high finishes. From foundations and footings to roof pitching and covering we are completing all work ourselves. The only outsourcing we are doing is the air source heat pump we have chosen over gas, even though we lose some profit margin it’s the right choice for the environment and the lucky family who purchase the property once its completed.
