Just remind you, the investigation needs to be included some real investigation, not just speak about the issue, same like phone earlier + you have all information in the ads too. The only think what you have done, you pick up the investigation cost NOT CALL OUT CHARGE, however you didn't have done any investigation+ you promise a come back (never happened) Your last massage was, call the warranty. My question, investigation cover only to speak with us? The other engineer fixed in 2hours
