Well I don't really know where to start. So will start with saying how perfect my new room is. John of Denston Building services converted my garage to a additional lounge. John cleverly also managed to fit in a downstairs toilet. Within 4 weeks the job was done. John was reliable, trustworthy and a pleasure to have around. His workmanship is outstanding as he took pride in his work. I would highly recommend John & know I made the right choice. John is easy to get on with & has a great sense of humour. Fab
Radiator
Anthony and Dave who arrived to do the work were polite and got on with the work with no fuss. They couldn't make the original start date as another job was overrunning. However, they called me with enough notice and honesty to rearrange another covenient date. As the job wasn't urgent this was fine. The quality of the work was good and they left no mess behind. A little more expensive than I'd have liked, but I'd definately recommend and use Denston Property Services myself again.
Radiator
Did a fantastic job moving and replacing a radiator, very quick too! Not to mention they were half the price of our closest quote! Would definately recommend!
