Came and gave a good quote and turned up to do the job when they said. Additional issues were added to the job and all done in a good time scale.

Fitted dry verge tiles, first sign of wind and they started falling off. Came back to fix but again started to fall off. Promises to come back but 3 months later still waiting.

Both Calvin, James and Gary were polite and explained the quote. Unfortunately there were inconsistencies between them and different opinions on the nature of the problem. The pricing was disproportionate to the work and not all was delivered as promised- surplus touch up pointing that was agreed for the job was not done.

Polite and job done to standard expected. Additional works agreed not done and needed prompting to return to deliver that work but have made good on that promise.
