Good job done but follow up completely ignored despite several chasers. Typical reluctance to complete small cheap jobs. Disappointing.

Hi Keith , I went and the job u requested and used the end cap you gave me which came of , there was no rubber seal on the end cap to prevent the water from leaking , i told you at the time , then u phoned me 3 days later to tell me it was leaking, I did tell u I would come back when I get the chance but iv being so busy . I did what you asked me on the original post , so there was nothing wrong with my work , I was using the old end cap which you gave me with no rubber seal

This response to this request was very quick and the price quoted was good. The work was undertaken within days and completed as promised. The follow up job required was a separate issue and my initial rating was unfair. I withdraw the initial comments with apologies.
