Chimney Building / Repair
Can't say if it's worked yet but had requested before and after pictures. Not received. The guy was here for one hour and answered calls rather than complete the task. As soon as I paid I have had no further contact with the company. I am gutted that I have engaged with this company. I had read the reviews but so desperate to waterproof my chimney I have lost all common sense. I will be happy to update this review if I can see my roof drying out. Buyer beware!

One month on chimney is leaking worse and Alan is now ignoring my text and messages. Work is obviously not guaranteed. I have been taken for an expensive ride and need to find somebody else to remove my chimney ???????????? there is a huge before and after pictures showing the damage this company has caused.

UPDATE. no contact from Alan after I gave him time to come back and repair his poor work. He hasn't. My chimney is now in such poor condition I have paid another company to remove it! Beware of this company's promises.
Slate & Tiled Roof
This person, Alan, turned up to give a quote to fix leaks in my elderly mother's roof and then spent 3 hours up a ladder, put a bit of new guttering and took her savings of £4,700 IN CASH from her and subsequently vanished. No receipts or invoice and no replies to calls and messages, Reported to police, checkatrade and Rated people.com. I strongly advise you all to avoid.
