Answered my ad straight away. Said someone would be out that day as it was urgent. No more communication until I called them chasing. No update they said. Called me 5 minutes before the end of the day to say their plumber had an emergency and couldn’t come. Not good enough.

Complete thieves.. charged me 500£ to install a sink and change 1 small pipe for the toilet . They charged me 100£ for the spare parts ( 1 pipe that costs 15£ and flexible pipes that cost 30£ ) and refused to show me a receipt . They charge you 150£ per hour , work extremely slowly and only stop the timer after they put their tools back in the van and had you fill a long form . I do not recommend them
