House Extension
We selected Home Shape Ltd to manage the design, planning permission and to build our side return extension in Esher. The quote was very competitive and professional when compared to several other quotes. Their architect was great. He prepared few design options and was very responsive. Entire team is friendly, professional and keep the site clean. They take notes of our requirements and make sure they are fulfilled. Very good experience overall, I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good builder.

My expectations were surpassed. They are very open, go through every bit in detail and inform you about potential contingency well in advance. Throughout the project they were recording and addressing every small issue we faced. Communication was spot on. Working with them was like reading a book you have read before, no surprises. The team and Project Manager were professional, hardworking and yet very humble at the same time. Extension was completed 2 months ago and I am still feeling delighted.
House Extension
I paid premium for this project as I wanted to have it completed within 12 weeks to a high standard (some companies said it will take 16 weeks). I was very clear with Tomas about the timing he had to meet as I had other arrangements in place. To my surprise they finished just after 10 weeks. They used two teams instead of one. Project manager Tomas was routinely visiting the site and additionally every time I requested face to face meeting. Thank you for all efforts and faultless quality.
