The work was carried out to a satisfactory standard… eventually. I was disappointed with reliability and communication and was let down a few times. However when he did come to do the job he was a pleasant guy to work with and even helped me out with a few little extras.

Mould / Damp Control
Hayden insisted he would only do a complete re-tanking job on my dining room so he could give me a 15 year guarantee. He had lots of problems completing the job, and on the day he finished he asked me for immediate payment as he needed to pay his assistant & was going on holiday the next day. Like a fool I paid him. Since then he has produced no guarantee despite many reminders & me telling him there is mould on the skirting board. In fact, he hasn't replied at all. I won't be hiring him again.
House Extension
Hayden came to do a quote to give us an idea of price for our new project. He is a really nice individual, very friendly, genuine, helpful and he knows his stuff. Once we have our planning permissions sorted we shall be back in contact.
