The whole process was very efficient. The review of the requirements checked everything I needed, the quote detailed everything was included. The communication process was good - calling when he said he would, arranging a mutually convenient time for the work to be done. the work was completed in the time stated, it was to a high standard and the clean up afterwards was very good.
