John was very polite and a tidy worker. He was kind enough to refix my gate which got taken off by the wind. Unfortunately when it has been raining my drive still gets flooded so the problem is not solved as he didnt dig the trench as was needed. The ciment he put down has cracked after a week. I have contacted him but he is not returning my calls. So its really a mixed feed back.

John has been in touch and we are talking about how to remedy the problem. I am trusting all will be well amd I will update my review again as soon as we have a positive outcome which Ii am sure will come.

Job almost done before Christmas John promised to return the following week to finish off , after many texts and false promises of coming to finish he still hasn't turned up and now he ignores calls and texts , i made the mistake of paying him in full , it's now January 20th 2015 after another ignored text i have to get another builder to finish off . I will never recomend or use this builder again

, To start with there were very accommodating and were well, although the did cancel a few days. They also carried out some extras which they did not charge for which regret very grateful for.Unfortunately when you come to put the roof on we realised that one of the walls flared out at the top above the doorway, difference of 20 mm In parts. I did take this up with John asked if it is prepared to come and relay the bricks. Unfortunately I have not had any response

John was the first builder who rang and came to site to provide quotation. I went with him as the job was urgently required. His reliability was fantastic never shied from answering his mobile via text or call, quality of work was professional and value was reflected in the cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending him and his work. In fact we will be using him for at least three further jobs.
