I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.

We had an ongoing issue with our Dishwaher. Zohaib came, diagnosed the issue straight away and let us know the options available to us. He gave a quote (very reasonable) for the repairs and was also willing to assist if we wanted to find a new machine. We opted to repair, so he ordered the part and the Dishwaher was fixed within 3 days. Highly recommend - very professional, polite and effective.
