Dave replied to my posting promptly and went to view the job the same day. He provided me with a fair estimate by telephone and booked in the job the same week. They turned up at the agreed time and completed the work to ourere satisfaction. Dave noticed that the gutters needed clearing and the downpipe was loose, which were not on the original job, and added these at no extra cost. This was greatly appreciated and showed he was prepared to give the extra help to ensure all aspects were covered. Excellent
