Km Building Specialists was founded in 2009 in response to local market demand. As a team, we feel responsible for the effects of our work and customer satisfaction. We take care of the quality of our products and the timely delivery of orders. We offer our clients a full range of services including professional technical advice, free measurements, company assembly, transport, warranty etc.
We work closely with various construction specialists (electricians, gas-safety experts, architects, garden designers) to enable us to deliver the top class service and to ensure that the safety building regulations and codes of practice are followed.
We are CIS registered and hold comprehensive insurance. Most importantly, our builders are friendly, reliable and highly experienced. We can also source high quality and good value building materials from Europe, we specialize with windows.

Really happy with the end result it looks better than what we had ever imagined it would be. Marek was on hand to help us throughout the build offering suggestions outside of what our architect had planned and in fact the ideas were better for us as he really understood what we wanted to achieve but also the changes suggested helped our property value. Marek visited my house a long time before I knew what I was doing, he’s been close by all the way through. I cannot tell you how amazing he and his guys have been. They have done the job to such a high standard abs transformed my home. They all work so hard, they get here early and don’t leave until gone 1730 most days. Sought works for less than 30K, they quoted for items not required and doubled the sum without any details on what works they were quoting for and when they would schedule it to be done and completed. On the day of inspection, they said could start immediately but now saying not until next year! Am v.disappointed and feel messed around.

We are very sorry to hear that but as per our emails the work on description was much more than customer budget . We have quoted for the work as discussed with client and been told someone else can do it cheaper so we advice the client to go for it as the budget is inadequate to the work
Garden Wall
I'm a pretty tough customer and rate Karol, Marek and their team VERY highly for the work they recently completed to fully re-lay and landscape our front garden and wall. Great work ethic (early starts, working through the day), punctual, knowledgeable and prepared to go the extra mile to ensure a quality finish. Fairly priced and a great finish to their work.
