Lucas provided an excellent service with a thorough and detailed job on a combi bolier. Before the visit he checked on the bolier model and was well-prepared. He spent a long time looking at everything in detail, tested the gas and electricity meter and took time to explain everything he was doing. I arranged this service for my mum who lives alone and I am very grateful for the care taken throughout the entire process. Thank you for doing such a great job! Highly recommend.
I had an issue where radiators would turn hot when hot water tap was on. Lucas came, identified the problem and provided a reasonable price to fix it. He ordered the parts needed, came back the next day and the problem was fixed in no time. Very happy with his service and would recommend him to anyone.

Our boiler never received such a service. I knew Lucas was the man for the job from the moment I spoke to him and wow.. did he deliver!! Not only was his work Excellent, he is such a nice person as well. Cannot express how pleased I am.
