Slate & Tiled Roof
The last 4 photos are of my house. I have tried to contact Al many times to get my paperwork from a complete new roof to no avail. I naively paid him £4.5k cash without getting any paperwork first. He told me his wife does the paperwork and she would email it over to me, which was back in May. Last week I texted him to get in touch as the rear corner guttering of the back of my house has been dripping. This has been happening since the bad weather started. I now have a wet interior wall because of the leak

Still no reply from this company. I have no paperwork as proof of work done. I will struggle when selling. I cant believe they haven't followed through on after service. They hadn't even packed up- when I was practically frogged marched to the bank where I withdrew £4.500 cash and handed it over to Al... without an exchange of a receipt. still annoyed that the pictures of my house are up on their dashboard. I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Al visited the next day to give me a quote. Job completed efficiently the next morning. Al is a pleasant approachable person. Would recommend.

5 star. They came and guided me through the procedure. Gave me a excellent quote, Which I excepted with no pressure, Said they would ring me when they could come. They came on time and completed the job with no fuss, The job they did converting a tired Flat roof on my Bay window to a Tiled sloping roof made the house look nearly new. They left everything clean and tidy when they finished, They were very friendly and I would not hesitate to ask them to give me a quote for any work in the future.

Well done AL. He managed to make turn what could have been a lengthy and difficult process into very easy one. AL got in touch within 15 minutes of my job being posted and arrived promptly at the agreed time. Al was very polite and professional whilst explaining what needed to be done. We managed to agree the price there and then. Within two hours the repairs had been done. It simply doesn't get better than that. I would not hesitate to use him again.

On 13th Jan AL (of M&C Roofing) attended (and refitted) a missing roof panel in my conservatory (That's the picture on his website!)For this he gained a FIVE star rated review. On 15th Jan it leaked during rain, Numerous attempts at getting AL to return have failed. Last contact from AL was on 5th Feb saying he would contact me on the 9th. Still nothing and my patience has run out. I have now downgraded this review from FIVE to ONE star. Needless to say M&C Roofing will get no more work from me.
