Same day response, they advised on checking guarantee from previous contractors before they quoted. Whilst not the cheapest, I chose them for their guarantee period. Due to where the works were (the roof), I asked for ‘before’ & ‘after’ photos which they provided. They flagged other jobs which I expected; 1 job became 4 jobs but when it comes to the roof & whilst the scaffolding was up, it made sense to do as much as I could afford. Their quote & invoice process is efficient and easy to access.
