Promised completion end of October, finished middle of December. Could knock about 7 days off for weather etc, but Les is good at promising you have all his attention then vanishes off to other jobs. I get builders need to keep work coming in, but taking over twice as long was hard. Had to pay £300+ to fix bits: exhaust vent nextdoor too close to our build, needed kit. Pipes in the loo wrong causing a sprayed sewage flood soaking everything ??! No reply but hear Les was ill, hope is well as lovely guys

thank you for the extra rating Mandy, let me respond to some of your points. number 1, I am not gas registered and do not alter flues on other peoples properties. I think this would be very dangerous. your husband agreed to sort that one. number 2. I am not responsible for the pandemic or factories and suppliers being short of materials. number 3. you forgot to mention the OUTSTANDING BALANCE on the work. so being the nice man I am you can keep it.

Thank you Les appreciated and glad you are well. Could you please get back to Troy re his requested paperwork, rrceipts, toilet plumbing issues etc we have tried ringing, texting and messaging, I understand you were not well, so tried Sam but rather than communicate he blocked us. Thanks

Slate & Tiled Roof
I was very lucky to find Les and his son , who did an amazing job on my roof. This was after I messed them around. I booked them , then cancelled them tor a cheaper quote. Les generously suggested I pass on his advice about a pipe, which would result in a tidier job. When I ate humble pie and went back to him because I'd been let down, he couldn't have been nicer. They worked quickly, cleaned up, then went all round my cottage making sure it was weatherproof. On top of that they were both lovely!
