Mark came around to quote for the kitchen duct and vent for our hob exhaust. Despite the fact that this advice would lose him a job he was upfront and honest on what the best course of action was, which I was quite impressed by. He suggested using carbon filters which the air-recycling exhaust did not have. This has resolved the problem without any expensive building works. In contrast, another company quoted me for works costing £1000. To compare, the same work was quoted by Mark for much lesser.

Would use Mark again. Very quick service with the quality to match. If only all electricians were the same!
