Gas Boiler - Installation
Very bad workmanship. Huge hole just left in wall where pipe went through. Had to have someone in to replaster and make good. Boiler now condemned for a second time in two years. Flue has gaping holes around it and the gas flow sample test point was left with no cap and then the replacement doesn't fit either. AA homeserve say it's the worst installation they have ever seen.

When reading this review please take into account all of my other reviews, about how professional my work is and how neat and tidy I am in people’s houses, also consider the date of the install and the date of the review, very strange that this has been done 2 years later, especially as it is allegedly so bad. It is also very odd that this customer has not once contacted me with any complaints. The customer was aware that pipe alterations in the wall were required and a plaster would be needed to make good.

Paul turned up when he said he would. He did an excellent job replacing our boiler. The price was very reasonable. He completed the job quickly but to a high standard. He cleaned up after himself (even brought his own vacuum). Paul was friendly and helpful and I would not hesitate to recommend him (I already have). Thanks Paul

Paul quickly identified the problem, headed out to collect the replacement component and fitted it quickly and with minimal mess. I was kept informed at every stage and Paul let me know exactly how much it would cost. I have used Paul for two subsequent jobs and recommend him extremely highly.
