Very pleased with the work done, not quite finished yet but happy to pay the bill and await their return next week to complete works. Work done quickly and efficiently. Happy to answer my numerous questions. Fairly priced and able to do more than just plastering which was what I needed. Would have no reservations to recommend and would definitely use again.
Electric Underfloor Heating
i had the work started on my central heating system in february 2009, after numerous changing of dates etc the work was finally started, however after half of the work was done i was told we were waitinf for a boiler to be delivered, that conversation was the end of march 2009, i have not been able to contact the electrician since, both his telephone numbers are disconnected and i have not had any reply to my correspondence. the job is only half complete yet i paid a substaintial deposit. i would not recommend this tradesperson to anybody.
Internal Lighting
This company agreed to fit an oven. They never arrived to do the job despite knowing that we had driven for hours to come and get this job done and we were waiting for them before we could drive another 3 hours back again. They ignored our calls and text to find out where they were. We were totally left in the lurch by them. They had no consideration for our time or plans. At the very least they could have phoned us to say they were not coming after all. Don't hire them- they are clearly very unreliable.

Mrs Little was advised that we would be able to fit her new oven on Saturday afternoon at 5pm. Mrs little advised she had new oven and was like for like! After delivery of new oven Mrs little then advised new oven was 4 inch wider than old oven, and asked if one of our engineers would be able to cut down the worktop and make ajecnt cupboard smaller to fit new oven in! Mrs little was advised this would not be possible due to time, and our enginers are not kitchen fitters! Mrs little also expected us to do the work for the same price quoted of £30. Advised at 3pm sat afternoon we will not able to do the work, customer fault not ours!!

In response to the electrician's comments. He changed the times he said he would arrive. But in the end he never turned up and never told us he wasn't going to come. Even though we kept ringing to try to find out where he was. Our new oven was 3 cm bigger. It had arrived that day and when we realised we called and asked him if he would be able to shave off 3cm from the worktop to fit it in. There is no cupboard underneath it! We did not ask him to make another cupboard or do kitchen fitting!! It took another electrician 3 minutes to cut a straight line off the worktop to fit in the oven. Acknowledging the electrician in question concern's about cutting down the worktop we asked him to come and wire it in anyway and we would do the rest ourselves at a later date. He agreed to this. After that phone call we never heard from him again. He never advised us he did not intend to come and ignored our calls. Also we never discussed price beyond that he was £30 an hour. In the original conversation he said he didn't expect it to take longer than an hour. We were happy to pay more if cutting the worktop meant he was there for longer. Potential customers can decide for themselves on the reliability of this tradesman.

Although the job had to be reorganised for another day, the tradesman let me know immediately and was very professional in his approach and conduct. Would definately consider him for other electrical jobs.
