Hopefully, a competenet job done. Eco Roofs came, gave me an instant quote that was way too high, and reduced it to something more reasonable "for cash". When they came to do the job. they told me the whole ridge was loose, needed fixing, and again gave me an extortionate quote - given that they were there, on the roof, ,with all the materials needed - but again reduced it when I objected. They did do the job, and i hope it's a good one, but have seen no receipt or guarantee as promised.

Eco Roofing have now contacted me to assure me the necessary receipt and guarantee will be sent today. I am reassured that the job done is a good one, and can improve my rating accordingly.
