Responded very quickly. Felt like the price was outrageous given that the issue was with the pipe of the old washing machine so in essence he just installed my new washing machine. He charged me £250 which compares to £35 with John Lewis.

Red went above and beyond to install a boiling water tap for me. What looked like a bit of an impossible task ended up being resolved. Red was at mine until late on Sunday night installing the tap. He is great.
