Installed a gully but then blocked the rain water drain that flows into the gully which now means I have water sitting around my house due to the water not being able to go down the drain. Also very slow to supply guarantee documents.

Disingenuous drain engineer. I hired the firm to jet blast an outdoor drain. They sent a quote of around £140 + VAT, but immediately doubled the labour costs on arrival saying it would be a two man job because they needed one person to hold the hose and another to turn the tap on and that this would take an hour, doubling the costs again to in excess of £400. I then decided to turn them away and find someone else. At this point they agreed to the original quote and completed the job in 10 minutes.
