Excellent from start to finish. I popped a job request out at the weekend (Sunday) and was contacted the same day, estimate given Monday morning job done Tuesday morning. Great communication, great work, the team took photos of before and after to show the leak on my roof and the repair. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you.

We were having solar panels installed and the fitters noticed that some leadwork required urgent attention and there were also a number of broken tiles. Prime Property Improvements were able to come the next day and worked around the panel fitters. They identified some other issues and managed to get everything done quickly and efficiently.

Robert from Prime Property was very accommodating and responsive. Quote was competitive. The roofers turned up on time every day and the work was completed efficiently and to a good standard. Their attention to detail was good - even finding another issue (perished sarking felt on the main roof) which was quickly quoted for and remedied along with the dormer roof repair. All work came with documented receipts and a guarantee. Excellent.
