Totally incompetent job. He did not remove old flooring so no chance to dry out wooden flooring. Poorly fitted round some of the edges left with messy excess of silicone sealant and some skirting board left un painted. Also exta beads of sealant round worktop edges and sink. I have refused to pay and am looking through checkatrade for some one to correct the job
Wooden Sash Window
A true professional and rare to find craftsman; I was delighted to find Sebastian to refurbish/rebuild the wooden casement windows on my 1929 home. Working in sub zero temperatures, Sebastian refurbished, painted, double/triple glazed 6 windows - totally rebuilding one. I can’t rate his work ethic highly enough always on time, personable, transparent with pricing, going the extra mile to repair and repurpose my original stained glass. The windows now look beautiful!
Home Improvements
Sebastian did a great job in a full 4 bed house refurbishment for me. He completed the project within the time scale agreed and within budget. He is trust worthy and very reliable, a man of his word. There wasn't anything he couldn't do that I had requested. Some of the tasks included, a full house re-paint, including walls and wood work, electrical and plumbing work, new fences, new carpet and laminate, carpentry work and garden clearance. Will definitely be doing more projects with him in the future.
Internal Painting & Decorating
Sebastian wallpapered a bedroom for me, he was punctual, polite, efficient and reasonably priced. He did a great job.
Wooden Sash Window
Sebastian turned up on time and did a decent job. I would use him again which I guess is the main reason for these feedbacks.
