External Rendering
The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.
Pebble Dashing
Excellent job from start to finish. Alfie and team turned up exactly when they said they would and provided a fantastic finish to the front of our house. Clean workers and trustworthy tradesman. Will absolutely use again.
Plaster Skimming
Alfie has done a brilliant job in our hallway, very tidy and clean tradesman Thank you for such a great job we will be using you again as we go thru each room renovating cheers Andy

Excellent job. Very accommodating and left everything clean and tidy. Good communication throughout the process and the price was as per quoted. Not sure you could ask for anything else. Definitely someone I’d recommend to anyone needing any rendering work done.
