DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! John only completed 4 days of work - he said it would take four weeks. He made me pay £4,000 in those four days but hardly any of the work was complete. He decided not to turn up after 4 days as he had other jobs ongoing which we weren't informed of. He has run off with my money and is not trustworthy. I have attempted to contact him many times but no responses received. He has an ongoing police case which he wanted us to help him with. I have reported him to Trading Standards.

Very pleasant to work with and a good outcome achieved despite being a bad time of year for this type of task in the wet and extreme cold. Recommended and will use again.

Excellent job. On time, thorough, almost a perfectionist! Charged a fair price for the work completed and did it in good time. Will use again without hesitation.
