All good from start to finish. Price competitive. Their business model is focused I 24x7 monitoring systems but they were more than happy to install a non-monitored alarm only system which is all I wanted. No hard selling. Everyone I dealt with was professional.

Good estimate on viewing, work done on time on agreed date and time. Some misunderstanding with engineer leading to a follow up visit but will be sorted shortly. Had to ring twice before getting a reply the second time.
