Sam and Andy have just completed painting our: porch, hall, stairs, landing, lounge and kitchen in 5 days. We are delighted with the transformation. The work was completed efficiently, with great care and skill. We highly recommend Sam Le Page property maintenance- and are even asking the team back to decorate further rooms. Cant recommend Sam enough - we have had some bad experiences with other tradesman however Sam was extremely professional, providing quality service at very reasonable rates. Punctuality and standard of work was excellent - someone you would trust to just get on with the job. Would definitely recommend and use again.

A very trustworthy, flexible and reliable man. I needed 2 bedrooms, a hallway and bathroom ceiling painted with treatment for mould, and the place looks so much better with no sign of the mould returning. I'd sourced 2 other quotes from tradesmen who aren't on this website, and Sam's was by far the most reasonable. He was also quick to respond to queries, and I would definitely recommend.
