Finally on my loft conversion journey with Lupercal Construction Ltd. Still a way to go but just have to give them the thumbs up for exceptional customer service, flexibility, empathy and a focus on the needs of the client. I have to give top feedback for David and his team who did an amazing job for me. Having a roof leak is never a nice experience and after David explained options we swiftly moved into installation dates. The team arrived on time and completed work very professionally. Highly recommended

My leaking roof was sorted out in next to no time. David and the others were great to deal with. We have had some fairly atrocious weather since then, so it has been great to have a secure roof.

David and the team at Lupercal did an excellent job fixing our roof. As well as being professional, friendly and knowledgeable, they were very willing to answer our questions, explain what they were doing and show pictures of their work throughout which we really appreciated and found very reassuring. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

David was really easy to communicate with. He added new roofing felt over a bay window for us. He did an excellent job, and was able to provide advice on how best to do the job. Would recommend.
