Very disappointed with this builder. The most unreliable tradesman we have ever come across. Can't actually comment on the quality or value of his work, as he never turned up to do anything substantial. Let us down on too many occasions and we had to let him go.

This is true, unfortunately we did agree not to complete the job as they did not adhere to our T&C's and we had real trouble getting stage payments and therefore could not commit the full team of people required. It took a long time to eventually get what money was paid out. I would give this advice to future builders, they need to stick to your T&C's and stage payments (unlike with us) and ensure your money is paid before committing any size of funds to the job.
Wooden Decking
Amazing job! at a competitive price, i can't praise this man enough, he came, quoted and turned up on time, to work like a trojan to get the job done on time, as it was surprise for my wife coming back from holiday! A very amiable man, who put up with me changing plans half way through, kept me informed each step of the job asking if everything was to my liking and gave good advice! he went out of his way to make sure it was exactly the job i wanted, and nothing was too trouble. have already had him look at two other jobs i need doing, and would have no hesitation in recommending him! The deck he designed and built looks great, it was difficult site with a raised profile, so had to have lots of posts concreted in, i was worried that corners would be cut, but he put more posts in than were needed just to make sure it didnt move an inch! I wasnt around when my wife returned form holiday, but he finished put plants tables and water features in place without being asked! and left the site tidy! Highly recommended in my book!
Complete Bathroom Refurbishment
overall was a good job but not great once I discovered the following - 1. Leaking Basin 2. Leaking waste pipes 3. shower tray marked all over and covered with visible paint Also I made the mistake of paying the builder before completion which meant un reliable aftercare and communication. I paid decent money to find another builder had to come correct his mistakes.

Unfortunately, this was the case and the two point about leakages was correct, however he would not allow us to re-visit the site and we did 2 extra days for free as he made mistakes and changes. He would not pay the going rate and throughout was more than obstructive taking NO ADVICE regarding certain matters and he will (through his own faulty) have many problems to come as he did not heed warning. I would recommend to ALL builders to stay away from this chap as he DOES NOT pay "good money" and if you require further information please call me. Doug Glendon

multiskilled company, very proffessional attitude ensuring that the customers requirements and needs are met. leaving a clean and tidy work place, competative, highly motivated, reliable and uncompromising in their approach to ensure faultless finish. we had originally only wanted worktops fitted. We were that impressed that we asked them to complete the entire kitchen. glad we did because they have by far exceeded our expectations, infact we are that impressed that we shall continue to use them for other rooms within the house as well as the garden. Definately recommend to you all.
